For day 4 of the Genshin Impact Kamera Event, you need to take a picture of 10 blue items. Small Lamp grass is probably the easiest one for this quest. Simply go to the location next to mondstadt. There should be 10 Lamp Grass within the same area. I have added images for the locations below.
